GAPTEC Electronics is using packages under the provisions of the German Packaging Ordinance (VerpackV) which obligates to participate in a dual system, Der Gruene Punkt — Duales System Deutschland GmbH (DSD) offers to manufacturers/vendors obligated through § 6 Para. 1 VerpackV to participate in a system in accordance with § 6 Para. 3 VerpackV and to obtain the right to use the trademark "Der Gruene Punkt" on distributed sales packaging. The package "DSD 1-2-3" offers the Client to participate with his sales packaging in DSD‘s dual system and includes the right to use the trademark.
