The new LMTO78_0.5 series offers a non-isolated high efficiency open frame package switching regulator in an ultra-thin SMD design: Only 12.5 x 13.5 x 3.5 mm (L x W x H)! This product is featured with high efficiency up to 95%. It offers continuous short circuit protection (SCP) and ultra-low no-load power consumption as low as 0.2 mA. Operating temperature range: -40°C ~ +85°C. These switching regulators are widely used in industrial control, instrumentation, and electric power applications.
