GAPTEC Electronic introduces the new 1TM14R1_3UP series

The new TM14R1_3UP series, an innovative 1W isolated and unregulated DC-DC converter designed to meet the increasing demand for ultra-miniaturization and high reliability in modern electronic assemblies.
The standout feature of this new series is its ultra-compact DFN package, measuring only 9.00 x 7.00 x 4.20 mm. This small footprint, combined with a lightweight design of just 0.5g, makes it an ideal solution for space-constrained applications where every millimeter and gram counts. Despite its size, the 1TM14R1_3UP offers robust performance with an isolation voltage of 3000VDC and a typical full load efficiency of 82%.

Engineered for longevity and stability, the series boasts an exceptional MTBF of 3,500,000 hours (MIL-HDBK-217F@25°C). It operates reliably across an extended temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. The module is fully protected with continuous short circuit protection featuring self-recovery, ensuring the safety of the connected system during fault conditions. Designed for ease of integration, the converter follows an international standard pin configuration and is housed in a UL94V-0 rated flame-retardant black plastic case. With a low isolation capacitance of 20pF and a high switching frequency of 220kHz, it provides a stable power source for a wide variety of distributed power systems. The series is fully RoHS compliant, reflecting GAPTEC’s commitment to environmentally friendly and high-quality power solutions.
