GAPTEC Electronic presents its new 1 watt SMD series for use in the automotive sector: 1T8A_3.5P. This SMD series meets the TS16949 automotive standard and also the AEC-Q100 standard. The 1T8A_3.5P series offers a high isolation resistance of up to 3.500VDC and is also working with a very high temperature resistance from -50°C to +125°C and without derating up to +105°C. The DC/DC converters are continuous short circuit protected (SCP) and offer a long service life of > 3.5 million hours MTBF. The housing material is made of refractory Epoxy (UL94 -VO), and upon request, the components of this series are supplied in tape and reel for automatic insertion machines. The 1T8A_3.5P series also meets RoHS6/6 standard and further offers optimal coplanarity, which guarantees a reliable and trouble-free soldering during the assembly process. GAPTEC Electronic offers customers short delivery times and a 3-year warranty on the converter of this series.

Es handelt sich bei dieser SMD-Serie um DC-DC-Wandler, die den TS16949 Automotive Standard und ebenfalls den AEC-Q100 Standard erfüllen. Die 1T8A_3.5P-Baureihe bietet eine hohe Isolationsfestigkeit von bis zu 3.500VDC und arbeitet darüberhinaus mit einer sehr hohen Temperaturfestigkeit von -50°C bis +125°C und ohne derating bis zu +105°C. Die Gleichspannungswandler sind Dauerkurzschlussfest (SCP) und verfügen über eine hohe Lebensdauer von >MTBF 3,5 Mio. Stunden. Das Gehäusematerial besteht aus feuerfestem Epoxy (UL94-VO) und auf Wunsch werden die Bauteile dieser Serie auch auf Rolle für Bestückungsautomaten geliefert. Selbstverständlich erfüllt auch diese neue SMD-Serie den RoHS6/6 Standard und weiter bietet die optimale Kolplanarität eine zuverlässige und einwandfreie Lötung während des Bestückungsprozesses.
