GAPTEC Electronic presents its new, ultra-flat 1T14A & 1D14A converter series, measuring only 4.5mm in height. These DC-DC converters are pin-out compatible with the Burr Brown DCP01 converter. The devices of the 1T_D14A series are available with SMT14 housing or as fully wired DIP14 type units. Specifications: Regulated and unregulated Operating temperature range -40°C to +71°C or +85°C respectively (without derating). The converters are short circuit protected and come with 1,5kVDC or 3kVDC insulation. MTBF: > 3,500,000 hours. These DC-DC converters can be operated without the need of additional external components. Gaptec Electronic offers a 3-year warranty for all products of these series.
