13-Watt wide input power over ethernet (PoE) module

GAPTEC Electronic presents the new 13POE_48-10A series.

The modules of this series are designed to extract power from a conventional twisted pair category 5 ethernet cable (CAT5) conforming to the IEEE 802.3af PoE standard. Each module comes with an industry standard pinout, over load protection and short circuit protection. Operating temperature range is -40°C ~ +85°C and the modules offer an efficiency of up to 84%.
The 13POE_48-10A series is compatible with Class 0 to Class 3 equipment and meets CISPR22/EN55022 Class A requirements. GAPTEC Electronic guarantees very short delivery times. The product warranty is 3 years.

Ultra-flat open frame SMD switching regulator in a SMD10 case

GAPTEC Electronic presents the new LMTO78_1.0 switching regulator series.

The newly added LMTO78_1.0 series offers a non-isolated high efficiency open frame package switching regulator in an ultra-flat SMD10 design: Only 15.2 x 11.8 x 3.6 mm (L x W x H)! This product is featured with high efficiency up to 94%. It offers continuous short circuit protection (SCP) and ultra-low no-load power consumption. Operating temperature range: -40°C ~ +105°C, furthermore this series offers a CTRL-Pin and Trim-Pin and a no heatsink requirement.
These switching regulators are widely used in industrial control, instrumentation, and electric power applications.

3 Ampere High Efficiency Open Frame Switching Regulator

GAPTEC Electronic presents the new LMO78_3.0 Switching Regulator series.

The most recent DC-DC converter series of the GAPTEC Electronic product portfolio offers a non-isolated high efficiency SIP5 open frame package switching regulator: (L x W x H): 15.5/16.5 x 9.4/10.4 x 6.0mm. The operation of this LMO78_3.0 series does not require any heatsink and guarantees a high efficiency of up to 95%. Furthermore this series offers short circuit protection (SCP) and a low ripple & noise characteristic. This product is featured with an output adjustable trim-pin and offers on top a control pin. The LMO78_3.0 series has a wide input range (4.5V to 30V – almost 7:1). The no load input current is at 30mA (typ.).

These switching regulators are widely used in industrial control, instrumentation, and electric power applications.

High efficiency DC-DC LED Driver in 300mA up to 1.200mA Versions

The product portfolio of GAPTEC Electronic has been enlarged by adding new high efficient DC-DC LED Drivers with an ultra-wide
input range from 5.5V up to 48V. Those LED Drivers come in different versions:

  • LEDD10-Series: up to 700mA (through hole versions in a DIP case)
  • LEDD24-Series: up to 1200mA (through hole versions in a DIP-case)
  • LEDW10-Series: up to 700mA (lead wired versions in a DIP case)
  • LEDT16-Series: up to 700mA (in SMT)

The efficiency of the LED Drivers is up to 96%. The output mode is constant current. All the drivers are continuous short circuit
protected (SCP), feature a remote ON/OFF function and match the IP67 level standard and therefore are certified as waterproof.
All series offer a built-in EMI filter (according to EN55015 standard) as well as PWM and analog dimming. Moreover the drivers
draw value due to a very low ripple and noise (<100mV) and are RoHs 6/6 compliant. The new LED Driver series offer the
succeeding output power: 300, 350, 500, 600, 700, 1000 and 1.200mA.

Cost effective Open Frame POL 78-Switching Regulators.

The new LMO78 Series – 0.5 and 1A Versions. GAPTEC Electronic presents the new LMO78-Series: LMO78_xx-0.5 und LMO78_xx1.0
The SIP3 open frame switching regulators are the low cost alternative in comparison to classic linear regulators for discrete
solutions. The temperature range is -40°C up to +85°C. The switching regulators of both series are continuous short circuit
protected (SCP) and are offering a very high efficiency of up to 92%. The LMO-78-series offers a wide input range: 4.75VDC up to
36VDC for the 0.5A series and 4.75VDC up to 32 VDC for the 1A series. Both series have output voltages of: 3.3; 5; 12 and 15V and
are furthermore RoHs compliant (6/6). The LMO78-series switching regulators are ideal for the use in distributed supply systems,
battery operated systems, controllers, sensors and positioning systems.
GAPTEC Electronic offers very short delivery times. The product warranty is 3 years.
