Ultra-flat open frame SMD switching regulator in a SMD10 case

GAPTEC Electronic presents the new LMTO78_1.0 switching regulator series.

The newly added LMTO78_1.0 series offers a non-isolated high efficiency open frame package switching regulator in an ultra-flat SMD10 design: Only 15.2 x 11.8 x 3.6 mm (L x W x H)! This product is featured with high efficiency up to 94%. It offers continuous short circuit protection (SCP) and ultra-low no-load power consumption. Operating temperature range: -40°C ~ +105°C, furthermore this series offers a CTRL-Pin and Trim-Pin and a no heatsink requirement.
These switching regulators are widely used in industrial control, instrumentation, and electric power applications.

Die neue LMTO78_1.0-Serie offeriert einen nicht isolierten und hocheffizienten Open-Frame-Gehäuse-Schaltregler im ultraflachen SMD10-Design: Lediglich 15,2 x 11,8 x 3,6 mm (L x B x H)! Dieses Produkt zeichnet sich durch eine sehr hohe Effizienz von bis zu 94% aus. Die Serie verfügt über kontinuierlichen Kurzschlussschutz (SCP) und extrem niedrigen Leerlaufstromverbrauch. Der Betriebstemperaturbereich liegt bei -40° C ~ + 105° C. Die Schaltreger der LMTO78_1.0 Serie sind mit einem einstellbaren Trimstift (Trim-Pin) ausgestattet und bietet zusätzlich einen Steuerpin (Control-Pin).

Diese Serie wird häufig in industriellen Steuerungs-, Instrumentierungs- und elektrischen Leistungsanwendungen eingesetzt.

10 watt open-frame SMD package with low no-load power consumption

GAPTEC Electronic presents the new 10D6W4_1.5 series.

The 10D6W4_1.5 series features a SMD package that is either available with housing or as open frame version.
L x W x H: 40.2 (39.2) x 22.0 (20.8) x 6.8 (6.1) mm. This DC-DC converter offers high efficiency up to 86% and an
input voltage range of 4:1. It offers continuous short circuit protection (SCP) with automatic recovery and output shortcircuit
protection. Furthermore this 10D6W4 series is equipped with over-current and over-voltage protection
and no-load power consumption as low as 0.12W. Operating temperature: -40°C ~ +85°C and this series meet
CISPR22/EN55022 CLASS A.
The 10D6W4_1.5 series are specially designed for applications where wide range input voltage power supplies are isolated
from the input power supply in a distributed power supply system on a circuit board. GAPTEC Electronic guarantees very
short delivery times. The product warranty is 3 years.

Die 10D6W4_1.5-Serie verfügt über ein SMD-Paket, das entweder mit Gehäuse oder als Open-Frame-Version erhältlich ist. L x B x H: 40,2 x 22,0 x 6,8 mm. Dieser DC-DC-Wandler bietet einen hohen Wirkungsgrad von bis zu 86% und einen Eingangsspannungsbereich von 4:1. Die Serie bietet einen kontinuierlichen Kurzschlussschutz (SCP) und automatische Wiederherstellung. Darüber hinaus ist diese 10D6W4-Serie mit Überstrom- und Überspannungsschutz ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Leerlaufstromverbrauch von nur 0,12 W. Die Betriebstemperatur beträgt: -40°C ~ +85°C und diese Serie entspricht CISPR22 / EN55022 KLASSE A. Diese Serie wurde speziell für Anwendungen entwickelt, bei denen die Weitbereichseingangsspannungsversorgungen einem dezentralen Stromversorgungssystem auf einer Leiterplatte isoliert sind. 3 Ampere High Efficiency Open Frame Switching Regulator

GAPTEC Electronic presents the new LMO78_3.0 Switching Regulator series.

The most recent DC-DC converter series of the GAPTEC Electronic product portfolio offers a non-isolated high efficiency SIP5 open frame package switching regulator: (L x W x H): 15.5/16.5 x 9.4/10.4 x 6.0mm. The operation of this LMO78_3.0 series does not require any heatsink and guarantees a high efficiency of up to 95%. Furthermore this series offers short circuit protection (SCP) and a low ripple & noise characteristic. This product is featured with an output adjustable trim-pin and offers on top a control pin. The LMO78_3.0 series has a wide input range (4.5V to 30V – almost 7:1). The no load input current is at 30mA (typ.).
