GAPTEC Electronic presents its new 1 watt SMD series for use in the automotive sector: 1T8A_3.5P. This SMD series meets the TS16949 automotive standard and also the AEC-Q100 standard. The 1T8A_3.5P series offers a high isolation resistance of up to 3.500VDC and is also working with a very high temperature resistance from -50°C to +125°C and without derating up to +105°C. The DC/DC converters are continuous short circuit protected (SCP) and offer a long service life of > 3.5 million hours MTBF. The housing material is made of refractory Epoxy (UL94 -VO), and upon request, the components of this series are supplied in tape and reel for automatic insertion machines. The 1T8A_3.5P series also meets RoHS6/6 standard and further offers optimal coplanarity, which guarantees a reliable and trouble-free soldering during the assembly process. GAPTEC Electronic präsentiert seine neue 1 Watt SMD-Serie für den Einsatz im Automotive-Bereich: 1T8A_3.5P. Es handelt sich bei dieser SMD-Serie um DC-DC-Wandler, die den TS16949 Automotive Standard und ebenfalls den AEC-Q100 Standard erfüllen. Die 1T8A_3.5P-Baureihe bietet eine hohe Isolationsfestigkeit von bis zu 3.500VDC und arbeitet darüberhinaus mit einer sehr hohen Temperaturfestigkeit von -50°C bis +125°C und ohne derating bis zu +105°C. Die Gleichspannungswandler sind Dauerkurzschlussfest (SCP) und verfügen über eine hohe Lebensdauer von >MTBF 3,5 Mio. Stunden. SMT manufactured SIP3 switching regulator with ultra-wide input voltage range
GAPTEC Electronic presents the new point-of-load-LCB-78 series. These switching regulators are SMT manufactured SIP3 converters with miniature package size (LxWxH: 11.6 x 6.0 x 10.2 mm). This product group has an ultra-wide input voltage range. At 3.3 Vout (DC) Version: 4.5 to 55Vin and at 5Vout (DC): 6.5 to 55Vin. In addition, the LCB-78-series has an extremely low quiescent current of only 200uA and corresponds to green technology standards. The POL converters are short circuit protected (SCP), offer high efficiency of up to 95% and guarantee a temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. Further standard features: max. 30 mV p-p ripple & noise at 20MHz bandwidth. A heat sink as in the use of conventional linear regulators is not necessary. An external circuit is also not required. Es handelt sich bei diesen Schaltreglern um SMT-gefertigte SIP3-Wandler mit Miniatur-Gehäuseabmessungen: (LxBxH 11,6 x 6,0 x 10,2mm). Diese Produktgruppe verfügt über einen ultraweiten Eingangsspannungsbereich. Bei der 3,3 Vout (DC) Version: 4,5 bis 55 Vin und bei der 5Vout (DC): 6,5 bis 55VDC). Darüber hinaus bietet die LCB-78-Serie eine extrem niedrige Ruhestromaufnahme von lediglich 200uA und entspricht damit Green Technology Standards. Die Wandler sind Dauerkurzschlussfest (SCP) und bieten einen hohen Wirkungsgrad von bis zu 95% und garantieren einen Temperatureinsatzbereich von -40°C bis 85°C . 1, 2 and 3 Watt DC/DC Converters in SIP7 package with wide input voltage range
GAPTEC Electronic presents a WORLD EXCLUSIVE at Electronica: The new xS7W series. A new and innovative DC/DC converter in a SIP7 package (19.6 x 7 x 10.2 mm) with standard footprint and wide input voltage range (9-18VDC, 18-36VDC and 36-75VDC). This series offers design engineers 1, 2 and 3 Watt converters with high power density. All versions are available in single and dual output mode. They come with regulated output voltages from 3.3VDC to 15VDC. Another circuit is not necessary. The converters are Short Circuit Protection (SCP) and offer an optional additional 3kVDC to the standard insulation rating of 1kVDC. The high efficiency of the xS7W series is up to 86%. The temperature range (without derating) varies in the series between -40°C to 100°C (1 watt series) and -40°C to 71°C (3 Watt Series).
