High efficiency DC-DC LED Driver in 300mA up to 1.200mA Versions

The product portfolio of GAPTEC Electronic has been enlarged by adding new high efficient DC-DC LED Drivers with an ultra-wide
input range from 5.5V up to 48V. Those LED Drivers come in different versions:

LEDD10-Series: up to 700mA (through hole versions in a DIP case)
LEDD24-Series: up to 1200mA (through hole versions in a DIP-case)
LEDW10-Series: up to 700mA (lead wired versions in a DIP case)
LEDT16-Series: up to 700mA (in SMT)

The efficiency of the LED Drivers is up to 96%. The output mode is constant current. All the drivers are continuous short circuit
protected (SCP), feature a remote ON/OFF function and match the IP67 level standard and therefore are certified as waterproof.
All series offer a built-in EMI filter (according to EN55015 standard) as well as PWM and analog dimming. Moreover the drivers
draw value due to a very low ripple and noise (<100mV) and are RoHs 6/6 compliant. The new LED Driver series offer the
succeeding output power: 300, 350, 500, 600, 700, 1000 and 1.200mA.

Hocheffiziente Miniatur DC-DC LED-Treiber in 300mA bis 1,200mA Versionen

Das Produktportfolio von GAPTEC Electronic wurde um hocheffiziente DC-DC LED-Treiber mit einem ultraweitem Eingangsspannungsbereich von 5,5V bis 48V erweitert. Die neuen LED-Treiber-Serien kommen in verschiedenen Ausführungen:

– Die LEDD10-Serie: bis 700mA (through hole Versionen im DIP-Gehäuse)
– Die LEDD24-Serie: bis 1200mA (through hole Versionen im DIP-Gehäuse)
– Die LEDW10-Serie: bis 700mA (lead wired Versionen im DIP Gehäuse)
– Die LEDT16-Serie: bis 700mA (in SMT-Ausführung)

Der Wirkungsgrad der LED-Treiber liegt bei bis zu 96%. Der Ausgang dieser Serien wird im Konstant-Strom-Modus betrieben. Alle LED-Treiber verfügen über einen Kurzschluss-Schutz (SCP), eine Remote ON/OFF-Funktion und sind gemäss IP67-Level als wasserdicht zertifiziert. Alle Serien bieten einen eingebauten EMI-Filter (gemäss EN55015-Standard), sowie PWM- und Analog- Dimming. Darüberhinaus zeichnen sich die Wandler durch einen sehr niedrigen Ripple&Noise Wert aus (<100mV) und erfüllen die RoHs 6/6 Anforderungen. Die LED-Treiber der oben genannten Serien verfügen über folgende Ausgangsleistungen: 300, 350, 500, 600, 700, 1000 und 1200mA. GAPTEC Electronic garantiert sehr kurze Lieferzeiten. Cost effective Open Frame POL 78-Switching Regulators.

The new LMO78 Series – 0.5 and 1A Versions. GAPTEC Electronic presents the new LMO78-Series: LMO78_xx-0.5 und LMO78_xx1.0
The SIP3 open frame switching regulators are the low cost alternative in comparison to classic linear regulators for discrete
solutions. The temperature range is -40°C up to +85°C. The switching regulators of both series are continuous short circuit
protected (SCP) and are offering a very high efficiency of up to 92%. The LMO-78-series offers a wide input range: 4.75VDC up to
36VDC for the 0.5A series and 4.75VDC up to 32 VDC for the 1A series. Both series have output voltages of: 3.3; 5; 12 and 15V and
are furthermore RoHs compliant (6/6). The LMO78-series switching regulators are ideal for the use in distributed supply systems,
battery operated systems, controllers, sensors and positioning systems.
GAPTEC Electronic offers very short delivery times. The product warranty is 3 years.

GAPTEC Electronic präsentiert die neue LMO78 Serie – Open Frame POL78-Schaltregler in 0,5A und 1A Versionen: LMO78_xx-0.5 und LMO78_xx1.0

Diese SIP3 Open Frame Schaltregler sind die kostengünstige Alternative im Vergleich zum klassischen Linearregler im diskreten Aufbau. Der Temperatureinsatzbereich reicht von -40°C bis +85°C. Alle Schaltregler dieser Baureihen sind kontinuierlich Kurschlussfest (SCP) und bieten dem Anwender einen sehr hohen Wirkungsgrad von bis zu 93%. Die LMO-78-Serien verfügen über einen weiten Eingangsspannungsbereich: Die 0.5A Versionen: von 4,75VDC bis zu 36VDC und die 1A Versionen: von 4,75VDC bis zu 32VDC. Regulated 5 & 10 Watts DC/DC converters for use in photovoltaic systems

GAPTEC Electronic presents its new regulated 5 & 10 Watts DC/DC converter series 5DCP and 10DCP. This DC/DC converter series is ideally suited for use in photovoltaic systems, because those converters have an extremely wide input voltage range (6:1!) and additionally they cover a Vin range from 200VDC to 1.200VDC. Despite regulation, these converters offer a high efficiency of up to 83 % and work in standard temperature range of -40 °C to +70 °C. The converters are continuous short circuit protected (SCP), offer a low-voltage protection (input under voltage protection) and also an over voltage protection (input over voltage protection).
In addition, both series are characterized by a high isolation strength of 4.000VDC and a long service life (MTBF 300k/h). GAPTEC Electronic offers customers short delivery times and a 3-year warranty on the DC/DC converters of both series.
